Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the EZ-Lats plusTM, you may return it within thirty (30) days from the date received for a full refund! Simply call (815) 347-6385 for a return authorization number. Please be sure to include a copy of the packing slip with all returns. R. Ferguson Fitness reserves the right to refuse refunds that have not been authorized, not accompanied by a packing slip and where product shows signs of improper use.

Six Month Limited Warranty

R. Ferguson Fitness warrants the EZ-Lats plusTM is free from manufactured defects for a period of six (6) months from date received. Prior to the expiration of the six (6) month warranty, should your EZ-Lats plusTM show signs of defective workmanship, you should contact us at (815) 347–6385, to receive an exchange, return number and instructions.
